Vision D.P.O is to want to be seen a society without discrimination and underestimate the disabled and vulnerable.
Mission Enhancing the quality, living, morality and values of disabled and vulnerable people through education, dissemination, training, seeking advocacy and creating development projects based on policy of collaboration with other stakeholders.
ObjectivesA. Improving and maintaining their health and preventing mental disabilities and vulnerable.
B. Training professional skills, moral, virtue and rights of people with disabilities and vulnerable to have them see the value and their potential in society
C. Creating conditions for the disabled and vulnerable people receive fair remuneration and employment with equality in society which the human dignity and international law known.
Activities
1. Encouraging the disabled and vulnerable people whose health deteriorated see needs of their health care.
2. Training the disabled and vulnerable people of skills and artistic are attracted influence and foreigners and encourage humanitarian and environments help the disabled and vulnerable people have been able to participate in caring for the social and natural environment.
3. Taking care of nourishment, training of orphans and vulnerable people provide them learning and have them a decent livelihood and obtain basic rights to promote the dignity and prosperity of the nation, etc ...
4. Preparing a place for tourists to planting valuable trees nearly lost species for the conservation of the environment and as a memorial visitors'tour such as Dalbergia cochinchinensis Pierre (Kra nhoung), Afzelia xylocarpa (Kurz) Craib (Beng), Sindora cochinchinensis H. Baill (Ko koh), Dalbergia bariensis Pierre (Neang nuon) to be managed by people with disabilities.
5. Creating a sustainable farming program for strengthening the organization's centers to increase a profit by way of life, such as aquaculture, livestock sales, vegetable gardening and so on....
