Structure

"AngkorAds Foundation (A.A.F)"has led the organization's management structure, has an Advisory Group and the Executive Committee, headed by an Executive Director. The Executive Committee is a group direct the work of the organization or regulation plan, which was approved by the Board of Directors and under supervision of a chief.
The composition of the Executive Committee, including one Executive Director, two vice Executive Directors (a number of) A.A.F Admin and Finance, Chief of Economic, Chief of Research & Extension and Chief of Public Relationship of the organization's programs.
The role, duties and authority of the Executive Committee include:
 
        1.    Vision, mission, goals and strategic planning organization's program
        2.    Preparing the annual budget.
        3.    Other applicable rules and principles necessary for the organization's effectiveness.
        4.    Implementation of projects approved by the Board.
        5.    Administers the organization's approved annual work.
        6.    Staff recruitment and stop.
        7.    Employee Dispute Resolution.
        8.    Representing the organization publicly.
        9.    Search for funds.
