Cambodia is located in Southeast Asia between Thailand, Laos and South Vietnam, and the Gulf of Thailand. There is 181,035 square kilometers. There are 2 different areas as high land area at the north, north-eastern and south-western lowland is a Tonle Sap River Basin area and the coastal.

Cambodia is one of the developing countries that have suffered destruction of genocide and war political controversy for more than twenty years. Despite the peace agreement in Paris on 23 October 1991 and the general elections, one organized by the United Nations in May 1993, and as a result, the royalist government has been established though, and despite the international organizations, local organizations have been developed a lot in order to restore the building and developing countries even social-economic status who had left because of the war for many years, this has not been resolved to a level should be a favorite yet. Low income without a lot of capital there is no real unemployment basic public health services are not enough residential conversion of rural violence, discrimination for people with disabilities and are all issues that are faced by the majority of citizens of our country.
 
Although, the country is rich in all kinds of resources and many ancient temples, Angkor Wat, is the 7th wonder of the world, which was marveled and fascinated. Under infinitely intelligent and reasoned opinion playmaker Samdech Akka Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Samdech building peace, unity and international solidarity led society to step towards the development and progress in all fields.

To recompense Leaders and complete lack of the Royal Government of Cambodia, which has gathered, united, and created an organization called "AngkorAds Foundation (A.A.F)" in order to contribute to the promotion of the health crisis, mental disabled people, raising orphans of training capabilities in general education for orphans and the establishment of regional green tourism, which is the goal priority, one of the government to restore the sector to grow and build a society a civilized and cultural prosperity as contemporary great city because the monuments of the architects and engineers of our ancestors left behind, may seem to have awakened soul consciousness and is a doctor morally for Khmer lovely youths in future generations to market fractures of the Cambodian people to resort to the way the peaceful unity and human resources, which has the ability to lead to the development and progress prosperity as sessions of Khmer Kingdom, including competition of economic integration of the ASEAN Community in 2015.

"AngkorAds Foundation (A.A.F)" is a local non-governmental organizations to serve the interests of any individual, and not under the capacity of any political party.
It will fill the gaps of the Royal Government of Cambodia, which is as follows:

        A.    Improving and maintaining their health and preventing mental disabilities and vulnerable.
        B.    Training professional skills, moral, virtue and rights of people with disabilities and vulnerable to have them see the value and their potential in society
        C.    Creating conditions for the disabled and vulnerable people receive fair remuneration and employment with equality in society which the human dignity and international law known.


"AngkorAds Foundation (A.A.F)" is an organizations, not racist, color, religion, irrespective of political affiliation. The organization will focus on the following activities:

        1.    Encouraging the disabled and vulnerable people whose health deteriorated see needs of their health care.
        2.    Training the disabled and vulnerable people of skills and artistic are attracted influence and foreigners and encourage humanitarian and environments help the disabled and vulnerable people have been able to participate in caring for the social and natural environment.
        3.    Taking care of nourishment, training of orphans and vulnerable people provide them learning and have them a decent livelihood and obtain basic rights to promote the dignity and prosperity of the nation, etc ...
        4.    Preparing a place for tourists to planting valuable trees nearly lost species for the conservation of the environment and as a memorial visitors'tour such as Dalbergia cochinchinensis Pierre (Kra nhoung), Afzelia xylocarpa (Kurz) Craib (Beng), Sindora cochinchinensis H. Baill (Ko koh), Dalbergia bariensis Pierre (Neang nuon) to be managed by people with disabilities.
        5.    Creating a sustainable farming program for strengthening the organization's centers to increase a profit by way of life, such as aquaculture, livestock sales, vegetable gardening and so on....

In order to contribute to the rehabilitation and development and to contribute to the expansion of democracy, civil society and respect for human rights, we all agreed, and the whole operation together form the "AngkorAds Foundation (A.A.F)" in accordance with the constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia, as stated in Chapter 3, Article 42.
